Advanced HMI - Human Machine Interfaces

Key Advantages of Advanced HMI

High Quality Graphics for Realistic Machine Operation

Provide the operator, commissioning agent and the management a very realistic, graphical view of the equipment and how it operates. Control, as defined by the OEM manufacturer, in one central location.

Alarm and Trend Management

Helps the operator to locate and react quickly to operational malfunction or preventive maintenance opportunities. Alarm history is helpful in determining root causes of problems and facilitates energy optimization.

Messaging

Trigger emails (or pages) to specific persons when certain maintenance or alarm conditions are met.

Advanced, password protected, Commissioning and Configuration

Expose only the points and values you wish to show or have configurable. Multi-tier password protect different user levels of interaction.

Example:

• Guest / Visitor : View only

• Maintenance Operator : View and Acknowledge alarms

• Commissioning Agent : Tune PIDs, toggle points on and off

• Factory : Full access

Long term reduction in cost of hardware

An advanced HMI can replace mechanical buttons, switches and lights with an updatable interface.

Another place to show your product brand

Putting your brand on a slick interface in front of technicians, building owners and operators can be a huge advantage for your business.
